How to rent?

Renting is simple and fast, you can rent our products for periods of 1 day up to several months.

How to place a rental order?

 

  1. Go to our website and choose the product that you want to rent
  2. Choose the start and end dates of the rental
  3. State your name, number and your address
  4. Choose whether you want to pick-up the rented equipment or wish to have it delivered to your place of stay.
  5. Confirm your order
  6. We will confirm by email the availability of the equipment within the next 24 hours
  7. That’s it!

Once we have received your booking order and checked the availability of the equipment, we will send you an email confirming your order together with delivery or pick-up information and detailing the following steps.

When to place a rental order?

 

At least 24 hours before the start date of the rental.

The sooner the better! Especially during peak times such as Christmas, Carnival or Olympics Games…. With advance booking, you make sure that the equipment that you want will be available.

 

How the rental process work?

 

Upon confirmation of your order, the equipment is reserved for you.

If you have chosen the delivery option, the rented equipment will be delivered to your place of stay upon scheduled appointment (including week-ends and public holidays) at the time and at the address previously agreed between us. Please make sure to give us all necessary information (apartment number, door codes etc.)

If you have chosen the pick-up option, we will send you the exact address of our premises located Ipanema (next to the subway station General Osorio). Pick-up will take place upon scheduled appointment (including week-ends and public holidays) at the time and at the address previously agreed between us.

The rented equipment will be provided to you with all necessary information and instruction manuals. An inventory and a liability waiver will also be signed by both parties.

We do not install the equipment but, please, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulties in setting up or using the rented gear.

At the end of the rental period, we will proceed to an inventory (this should not take more than 15-20 mins). If the equipment is dirty, broken, lost, ripped off, etc. compensation payment will be due.

 

How to pay?

 

Payment will be made in full at the beginning of the rental at the time of the delivery/pick-up. The payment will be made in cash in Brazilian reals.

A security deposit may be requested. In such case, you will be notified of its amount in the booking order.

 

Prices and security deposit

 

Deliveries and removals are free of charge for any order above R$200 when taking place in Rio’s south zone (Zona Sul). Outside of Zona Sul, extra fees may be charged. Find out more about delivery and pick-up here.

A security deposit may be requested and its amount will be specified in the booking order. It will be given in cash at the time of the delivery/pick-up. We will give you a receipt evidencing such amount.

We undertake not to cash that amount and to keep it until the end of the rental period. Such amount will be returned to you in full if the rented equipment is returned clean and in good working conditions.
